**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain a range of plant equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, rollers, skid steers, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Carry out general labour tasks including but not limited to digging, trenching, lifting, shoveling, and other physically demanding activities.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations on site.
- Adhere to environmental guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating various plant equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, etc.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport to and from the worksite.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
- A valid construction white card essential.
- Ability to Pass Pre-Employment Medical and Police Check
