Truck Jockey

**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and physically fit **Truck Jockey** to join our team in Dandenong South. You will assist with the safe delivery and relocation of pianos, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to follow directions from the driver or supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **delivery and installation of pianos**.
- **Liaise with customers** in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Ensure all **paperwork and payments** are accurate and safeguarded.
- **Maintain truck equipment** and ensure the vehicle is clean and organized at the end of each day.
- Follow all company procedures as outlined in the **Piano Moves Procedures Manual**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Physically fit and **able to handle heavy items**.
- Strong **customer service** skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic **English literacy** - able to read, write, and complete simple paperwork.
- Ability to work as part of a team and **follow instructions**.
- Flexible to work long hours, including Saturdays.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.63 - $39.29 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
