**Job Description**:
We are seeking an Appointment Setter to work part-time with our Business Development Team. As the Appointment Setter you will be responsible for generating and managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyse and understand customer need to facilitate organic sales conversions
- Make high volume outbound calls daily, manage assigned leads and convert them to paid customers.
- Generate leads from past, unconverted quotes
- Calling referrals generated by the company and re-activating past clients
- Cold Calling new prospects
- Respond to all inbound leads in a timely fashion
- Easily articulate value of the product to prospective clients
- End-to-End sales from lead generation to close.
**Qualifications**:
- A graduate completing a tertiary qualification in business, sales, marketing, technology, or a similar degree
- Base level knowledge of competitive products and services
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
