**The role**

Crown Towers Perth provides a unique and luxurious experience to their guests. With a five star Forbes rating, one of only three hotels in Australia to have this honour, Crown Towers is the epitome of world-class accommodation and is recognised for its exceptional service standards.

The Room Attendant is responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience through providing a warm welcome, through cleaning, servicing and turning down assigned rooms, guest corridors and service areas to Crown’s Brand Standards.

**We have a number of full time, part time and casual Room Attendant positions available within our Crown Towers Housekeeping department.**

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Assist with the smooth and effective day to day operations of the Housekeeping Department, actively performing duties of cleaning and turning down assigned guest rooms, guest corridors and service areas.
- Ensure to sign in/out all required equipment, keys, devices and worksheets at the commencement/completion of each shift.
- Attend daily briefings, to ensure required information is obtained (VIP’s, Long Stay, priority rooms, special request) to carry out daily duties and expectations are achieved.
- Ensure that correct guest room entry/exit procedures are adhered to, whilst on floors to ensure staff and guest security is maintained at all times
- Provide a personalised and engaging level of service when encountering all Hotel guests and
- Take initiative and a proactive approach to assisting team members in delivery of exceptional service.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred in a similar luxury hotel or resort.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Great work ethic and experience working in a team environment.
- Ability to work a 7 day rotational roster including weekends and public holidays
