A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Finance Analyst to join this tight-knit team working with a considerable portfolio in the property market. Reporting to the Finance Manager the purpose of this role is to prepare accurate financial analysis with insightful commentary to support senior decision. Responsibilities will include:

- Interpreting lease agreements to ensure accuracy of tenant revenue across the portfolio whilst adhering to all requirements contained with agreements.
- Completing month and year end analysis to a high quality within agreed timelines.
- Producing and reviewing accurate budgets and forecasts, providing insightful variance analysis.
- Establishing, building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to maximise revenue.
- Providing strategic analysis to support decision making by preparing deal analysis across your portfolio.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have passion for the property sector and be recently CA/CPA qualified with 4 to 6 years of experience to your name. A confident individual with the ability to build connections with key stakeholders and a high attention to detail would thrive in this environment, sure to springboard their career.
