COTERIE ATELIER London has opened their first studio in Sydney CBD and is seeking an Experienced Brow, Lash & Makeup Artist

Role Description

If you are SELF STARTER and love eyebrows & makeup, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We are offering someone who is a go-getter not just a _high hourly rate _, but also the option to participate in profit share and become a part owner.

We are a cosmetics company and makeup + brow studio.

This would suit someone who comes from either Retail Cosmetics background or a Hair or Beauty Salon background. You would be looking to step into more of a leadership role, the next step in your career. You would work directly with the founder with opportunities to further develop your skills and access to education as well as International and Australia wide travel opportunities.

Our beautiful studio is located in a busy part of town, inside a high end, luxury hair salon. It has a great friendly atmosphere with a supportive team environment and we work alongside the hair salon.

Casual / Contract role: Flexible days min 2 days up to 5. Shifts can be either Weekdays, Early morning, Evening or Weekends.

- Reporting to the founder directly: _

Your day will consist of:

- Brow Shaping
- Makeup Artistry
- Threading / Waxing training will be given for both
- Brow Tinting
- Brow Lamination
- Lash Lifts
- Makeup Lessons
- Sell Retail Products
- Actively nurturing, building and maintaining a loyal client base
- Working with Targets and KPI's
- Customer service and educating customers
- Sales reporting, Merchandising and Administrative duties
- Social Media _training will be given_
