We are currently seeking someone with experience in the Employment Services Industry, who will deliver with speed and urgency and exceed expectations to join our Gatton team. This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Relationships are the key to your success, engaging with clients, consultants, and management alike to ensure employment outcomes are successful.

**The Job**
- Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
- Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
- Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
- Business develop - sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

- Ability to help customers from all walks of life
- Excellent communications skills
- Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Strong digital and administration skills
- Positive and energetic attitude a must
