**Join the team**

We are looking for a Workforce Planner to join our team. Our team ensures that the strategic goals of the organisation are met through resource forecast modelling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As the Workforce Planner for this team, you will be responibile for generating information, analysing it to inform future demand for people and skills, and translating that into a set of actions that will develop and build on the excisting workforce to meet the demand. An essential requirement of this role is working experience and or a certification in Anaplan Model Builder.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Essential to this role you have used Anaplan and experience with Model Building
- Financial experience ( sound understanding of financial modelling, and experience for developing forecasts for finance)
- Extensive Stakeholder Management experience
- You have had experience delivering reports to senior levels, presenting and talking through data
- Experience in reviewing and analysing data, looking at this data from multiple lenses to determine how we pivot our workforce
