Posi Track Operator Final Trim

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Posi Track Final Trim Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in final trim work and takes pride in delivering a clean and accurate finish. You’ll be working on a variety of sites, ensuring precision in earthmoving and preparation work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating Posi Track machinery for final trim and detailed earthworks
- Reading and interpreting site plans and levels
- Completing jobs to high standards of finish and accuracy
- Maintaining equipment in clean, safe working order
- Following all safety protocols and site procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team or independently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a final trim operator using Posi Track machinery
- Competent in reading plans and using laser levels or GPS systems
- Current White Card
- Relevant machinery tickets/licences
- Strong attention to detail and a good attitude towards teamwork
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Commitment to workplace safety

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
