**About the role**:

We are looking for a Melbourne based field installation engineer with relevant transferrable skills to make the leap into equipment installation.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with the right attitude, skills, knowledge, and experience, to join our service team and really make a difference. Our engineer/technician work in the crucial and exciting world of healthcare infection control, where our products and services ultimately help our customers save lives and improve patient outcomes.
As a valued member of our Healthcare equipment project team, you’ll be responsible for carrying out installation, on chemistry dosing bulk systems, complex infection control machinery in hospitals, day surgeries and life science facilities located across Australia. You’ll report directly to the ANZ Project Engineering Manager and form part of wider large equipment project team.
We have major projects coming soon to the region, and you may additionally be involved in capital equipment installations, commissioning, and validation.

**Ideally you will possess**:
- Strong technical skills and a solution-based approach
- Experience of mechanics, electronics, electrical motors or industrial washers/washing machines or dishwashers is preferable.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, steam or pressure valves
- A restricted electrical license
- A positive “can do” attitude with great communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
- The ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team
- A clear customer service focus
- Desire to succeed.
- A clear understanding of what it means to “own the outcome”
This role may require some interstate/overseas travel with overnight stays.
