WSP currently have an exciting role for a **Junior Civil Drafter** to join our growing team in Brisbane.

Our Property and Buildings team is a world-leading management and technical consultancy operating across all sectors. We are passionate about tackling the complex and sophisticated challenges of the built environment and delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to create accessible, resilient and liveable communities.

**What you’ll do**

As a Junior Civil Drafter you will:

- Prepare, manage and issue drawings for complex engineering projects under supervision
- Develop excellent drafting and checking skills with support from experienced technicians
- Liaise with other technicians, designers and project team engineers to ensure timely delivery of project drawings
- Learn to plan and manage own work to meet deadlines and budgets
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing and learning opportunities including a focus on emerging technologies and Digital Engineering

**About you**
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent)
- A strong desire to further your civil engineering knowledge and can demonstrate your genuine interest in our industry
- Basic knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD; basic technical drawing skills is advantageous
- Sound knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken
