**Description**:
Let’s talk about you
- Understanding of the M&A lifecycle.
- Understanding of the telco industry.
- Ability to work through and understand the business impact of analytical outputs.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Strong business analysis, meeting-facilitation, project and time management skills.
- Ability to project mange and lead smaller discrete items of work.
- Expert MS Excel skills and comfortable managing large datasets.
- Ability to think innovatively and challenge existing norms to solve complex problems and achieve a goal.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead others to achieve a goal.
- High level of financial literacy.

**Skills and Experiences**:
How will you support our “Why?”
- Supporting the valuation, forecasting and transaction budgeting process.
- Supporting the ongoing delivery of M&A integration deliverables including the delivery of project management activities.
- Analysing and monitoring key business performance indicators for internal development opportunities.
- Supporting the tracking of synergy and dyssynergy results.
- Identifying and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Preparing analysis and other materials for investor and market presentations.
- Conducting ad hoc business analysis / reporting as requested from time to time.
- Providing analysis of competitor and target financial information.
