About the role

We are seeking to recruit Cleaning Supervisor to work in Eveleigh, NSW

Permanent Full Time position - Base rate + Super + Shift Allowances + Leading Hand Allowance

1x Rotating Supervisor: Tuesday & Wednesday, 6am - 2pm; Thursday 2pm - 9:30pm; Friday, Saturday 10:30pm - 6am

1x Day Supervisor: Thursday to Monday 6am - 2pm

Your duties will include:

- Train Inspections, shift reports and Client Verification.
- Train and equipment audits (as required).
- Stock replenishment and auditing.
- Arranging replacement staff for coverage of shifts when staff call in sick or for other emergencies.
- Pre-Work Briefings, safety conversations, compliance, and allocation of tasks according to BAU and other requests by GJK.
- Supervision of all GJK works during shift (e.g., General Train Cleaning, Train Deep Cleaning, Amenities Cleaning, Graffiti Removal etc).
- Cleaning where required.

Remuneration is based on the Cleaning Services Award 2020.

Skills and Experiences:
Skills and experience

Successful applicants must have the following:

- Experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable
- Experience in cleaning is highly desirable
- Must have an RIW card or willing to obtain one immediately
- Double Vaccinated at minimum
- Appropriate physical fitness and the capacity to carry out the full range of prescribed duties
- A commitment to punctuality, reliability and pride in work
