We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious individual preferably with previous experience in a similar role but not necessary, to be part of our administration department.

This position is full time, working Monday to Friday from 9:30am - 6pm each day.

If you have strong customer service values, exceptional time management skills, an excellent phone manner, an outgoing personality and are willing to learn you have the foundations for this position. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- _Answering and directing calls_
- _- General administration_
- _- Meeting and greeting clients_
- _- Maintenance of the reception area_
- _- Providing support to the Property Management and Sales Team_
- _- General reception duties (eg. scanning / filing / mailing)_
- _- Liaising with Real Estate Websites_
- _- Maintaining tidy reception and kitchen areas_

This role demands a true all-rounder who can think on their feet, effectively manage multiple concurrent activities and works well under pressure.

To be considered for this role you must be able to multi task whilst prioritising your workload. An eye for detail, general computer knowledge, good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
