The Fresh Collective Melbourne is currently seeking 5 passionate baristas to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
Our venues are open 7 days a week from 9am-4pm on weekdays and 9am to 430pm on weekends.

The Fresh Collective has a reputation for crafting exceptional experiences with premium food and beverages in iconic venues throughout Australia such as Southbank Theatre, The Art Gallery of NSW, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney Theatre Company, Government House, Waters Edge Brisbane and The Queensland Museum. As a Gold Licensed caterer, Fresh delivers a range of experiences to suit any brief from intimate dinners, corporate conferences, cocktail events and grand banquet feasts.
**About The Role**
- Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Enjoy working with high-end clientele
- Work as an integral part of the front of house team
- Day Shift on Monday to Sunday - 15 to 24 hours
- Pay rates: M-F $31.09 / Sat $37.31 / Sun $43.52 / Public Holiday $62.18
- Work in one of the most iconic venues in Melbourne
- Located in Carlton
**ABOUT YOU**
- Ideally 2 years Barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- Great knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid NSW RSA (competency card) & Working With Children Check
- Valid full time working rights in Australia - student visas accepted
