Dental Assistant/receptionist

Elwood Dental Group is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant. We have been a part of Elwood Village community for 35 years, and are located 1 street away from the beach in the heart of a busy shopping strip with great coffee and public transport at our doorstep. **Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum 2 years of Australian Dental Assisting experience
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- chairside assistance in general dentistry, endodontics, implants, Invisalign, surgical extractions
- maintenance of steri and clinic - ideal knowledge of Australian infection control standards is a must
- general reception duties, such as liasing with patients, invoicing, appointment bookings, answering phones etc.

Schedule:
**Position 1**:

- 11.30-7.45 Wednesday
- 8.30-5.45 Thursday

**Position 2**: 11.30-7.45pm Wednesday only

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental assisting: 2 year (required)

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
