**$36.80 - $42.60 per hour + salary packaging**

**Fixed term Full time, 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO until August 2025**

Are you a passionate and driven Graduate Social Worker looking for an exciting new challenge? Grampians Health Ballarat is on the lookout for a dynamic Graduate Social Worker to join our innovative team. This full-time, six-month role offers the chance to gain some valuable social work experience across a variety of programs, including acute, outpatients, inpatient rehabilitation, complex care, community rehabilitation, and more. This position provides an extensive learning and development environment.

The Social Work team provides patients with additional support to improve psychological and social functioning, and we ensure each patients social, emotional and cultural needs are met. We minimise the negative impacts of illness and hospitalisation on patients. The focus is on psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, complex discharge planning, patient and family support.

**Skills and experience**

Eligibility for practising membership of Australian Association Social Workers Membership (must have a bachelor or qualifying master’s degree
