Ideally, you’ve walked the floor in retail or wholesale and understand what it takes to keep systems moving at the speed of customer expectations.
**YOU’LL IDEALLY BRING**:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT management, with proven success in infrastructure and system transformation projects
- Hands-on experience across Azure, Windows, Mac OS, O365, Teams, Jira, Confluence, SAP, PowerBI
- Retail systems know-how POS experience (Sitoo preferred) highly regarded
- Demonstrated project management skills: delivering complex tech initiatives on time and on budget
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- A growth mindset and a knack for developing high-performing teams
- Bonus: experience with PowerApps, Meraki, and general network infrastructure
