**About the company**:
Our client is a large and expanding Federal Government agency, and this is an exciting position for an experienced leader/manager to lead in case management support and ensure accuracy, integrity, and fairness is maintained in the operation of this division.

**About the role**:

- Managing team workflow to ensure statutory timeframes are met.
- Strategic direction and delivery of case matter within statutory time frames.
- Assessing, registering, analysing, and actioning tribunal documents to ensure information integrity.
- Providing excellent guidance and recommendations on complaints and matters related to business functions and organisational operations.
- Building and maintaining vital stakeholder relationships with all stakeholders and performing as a liaison in important matters.
- Assessing cases and directing actionable points, such as medical assessments or specialist consultations to contribute to case matter.
- Manage staff and competing work priorities, whilst providing team leadership and mentoring as required.
- Development of ministerial and parliamentary briefs, reports and business cases.

**About you**:

- You will have previous experience working in tribunal or legal case work environment.
- You will have previous experience managing and leading teams in a communications and engagement capacity.
- You will have strong and adaptable communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will have excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- You will have good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- You will have the ability to manage and organise large caseloads within critical timeframes.

**Benefits**:

- 12-month casual temporary assignment
- Full time hours Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day
- Brisbane CBD location
- $602.55 per day/ $80.34 per hour + super
