**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re looking for a motivated and customer focussed Retail Sales Team Member to join our new** Shepparton** store. In this role, you’ll be the face of Stratco, providing tailored solutions to our trade and retail customers, building long term relationships, and contributing to the store’s success.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll focus on driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and supporting store operations.

This is a permanent full-time position. The store operates 6 days per week, and you will be required to work on a 5-day roster.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist customers in designing and selecting Stratco products to meet their needs
- Process inbound telephone sales and enter orders efficiently
- Continuously learn and grow through ongoing training and development
- Collaborate with team members, other stores, and departments on key projects
- Prepare project quotations and sales proposals
- Adherence to Stratco’s safety policies and contribute to a positive workplace culture

**ABOUT YOU**
- Retail sales and/or Trade Outlet experience
- Action oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, practical, and technically minded
- Works effectively in a team environment
- Computer literate with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and delivering great customer experiences
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and driven to succeed
