Childcare Traineeship

Elevate Early Education & Childcare is seeking passionate educators who want to make an impact to our children's development and early education. **Responsibilities**: - Assist centre staff in daily routines, ensuring the smooth operation of the childcare environment. - Provide children a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a nurturing environment. - Lead and facilitate group activities with children, fostering their social and educational development. - Document and interpret children's behaviour, educational progress, and social skills in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). - Contribute actively to the development and implementation of educational programs. - Supervise children to ensure they are in a safe and stimulating educational environment.
