We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our Maxima Coomera store in QLD on a part-time basis at 30 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store- Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
- Requirement of the role:
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
