Frozen Treats Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve a wide variety of delicious frozen desserts with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Ensure our shop is well-stocked and that all areas are clean, tidy, and inviting to provide top-quality service.
- Adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, making each interaction memorable.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work on weekends and Public holidays.
- Must be willing to initially train at our Docklands location, as the Tarneit shop has not yet opened.
- Some travel required to work in Docklands when short-staffed.
- Must possess a valid working Visa, Australian citizenship, or permanent residence status.
- Willingness to undergo immediate training to become proficient in our shop operations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility are essential.
