- Applicants must have experience in the baking industry
- Should show ability to handle a fast-paced production
- Must be able to work in a team and respect teamwork accordingly
- Should be able to work in a semi-automated production area and be open-minded to the newest technology
- Understand Food Safety systems and follow procedures accordingly
