Bread and Butter, an authentic Italian and tapas beachfront restaurant located in Kirra on the Gold Coast, is looking for a motivated and experienced waitstaff to join our team.
- A minimum of 2-year experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Be well presented, friendly, punctual, and reliable
- Flexibility, as we work a variety of days and weekend shifts

What You’ll Do:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Seating Guest
- Answer phone calls for takeaway orders
- Take and confirm customer orders over a POS ordering software
- Working with the kitchen to deliver high-quality food
- Floor operations include running food, clearing tables and taking orders
- Setting up and packing down the venue
- Following all cleaning policies
- Following our steps of service
- Promote our Specials, Promotions and events
- Passion for training and upskilling their knowledge
- Promoting a great atmosphere for customers to have a positive experience

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coolangatta, QLD 4225: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
