**Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking for career advancement?**

We are seeking a person with proven skills as a Warehouse Manager in the operation of an effective warehouse with an appetite to make positive change and lead a small team in our purpose built facilty.

This role is both operational and hands on and will require the ability to work both strategically and operationally on a day to day basis.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Experienced in warehouse managment

- Inventory management
- Computer skills
- Warehouse best practice knowledge
- physically fit, and willing to undergo medical
- Ability to multi-task
- Forklift ticket

- Ability to read and follow work ticket instructions
- Be reliable, punctual and have own transport

**Reporting to the Production Manager your responsibilities will include**:

- Implementing Lean principles and efficency in the warehouse
- Supervison of 2-3 staff
- Ensure accurate receipt of incoming goods
- Carry out work in accordance with QLM’s safety and quality processes and procedures
- Meet KPI’s
- Conducting Stock takes
- Inventory management
- Liaise with Dispatch, Packing and Production staff
- Hands on issuing of paper label rolls to printing presses
- loading / unloading trucks
- Consumables ordering and levels
- General housekeeping levels

**Excellent Working Conditions**:

- Full time: 40 hour week
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday
- Full training provided
- a friendly and supportive work environment.
- Monthly bonus incentives for hitting targets, with Qlm team qld hitting 10 out of 12 monthly targets last year.
- Street parking available. Great location near transport and shops.
