**About the role
Permanent or fixed term temporary part time opportunity to provide high quality evidence based clinical management, treatment and care to patients requiring Urogynaecology and Gynaecology services.
About you
To actively support and implement evidence-based practice in Pelvic Floor Health within the scope of practice granted by RBWH, and/or at the facilities to which the applicant is seconded.
To support the implementation and adherence to patient safety systems and effective risk management across patient care services.
To actively support and participate in teaching and training at all levels of undergraduate and postgraduate medical education where required by Clinical Director Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Service Director Women's and Newborn Services in accordance with the requirements of the MNHHS and/ or local facility; and the RANZCOG integrated training program.
Ensure supervision of junior medical staff (intern to postgraduate Fellow) in accordance with local facility, RBWH, MNS and relevant specialist medical College polices and guidelines.
Initiate, supervise and foster clinical research activities within Women's and Newborn Services.
