About us

We are a family-owned newsagency and Tattslotto store in Williamstown looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join us. Our established store is well frequented by locals, and we enjoy building a great relationship with our regular customers. This position has become available due a long-standing team member heading overseas for personal reasons.

This role provides the perfect balance of day-to-day autonomy with the support of a close-knit and understanding management team who want to work hand in hand with you to ensure a successful local presence.

About you:
You are friendly, approachable, and confident. You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and giving them a positive experience. You can handle multi-tasking and a enjoy a day that has variety and allows you to leave your mark.

Ideally you have experience in:

- Retail and/or sales, with an ability to identify customers needs and assist them
- Opening and closing procedures, and end of shift tasks

The following are not required, but would be helpful:

- Working with Tatts and/or Tobacco producsts, with an understand of regulations
- Working in a franchisee setting.

You’ll be working in a supportive and friendly work environment with the flexibility to incorporate work-life balance. We offer competitive pay, with a salary range of $42,073 to $68,007 per year based on experience. This role offers a consistent work schedule - 8 hour shifts, from Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,073.00 - $60,007.00 per year
