As part of our commitment to safety, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rock Climbing Safety Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary: As the Rock Climbing Safety Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our climbers. You will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety protocols. You will work closely with our team of climbing instructors and facility managers to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all climbers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor climbers to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and provide immediate assistance or intervention in case of emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and safety-related activities.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement safety enhancements within the facility.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in rock climbing, with a strong focus on safety protocols and risk management.
- Expert knowledge of rock climbing techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all climbers.
- First Aid and CPR certifications are required.

Part-time hours: 4-12 per week

**Salary**: $21.82 - $36.52 per hour
