**The Role**

The TokyoTaco® customer service team delivers a quick-service style service in an infectiously positive atmosphere to create a quality one-of-a-kind Japanese / Latin offering for our guests. Reporting directly to the manager, in this role you will be:
Responsible for ensuring a knowledgeable and engaging experience for our customers
- Attentive to customer requests and service details
- Confidently take sale payments
- Responsible for completing opening and closing checklists
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in food production and overall operations
- Knowledgeable about the menu’s offering, items, ingredients, and production

**What We Are Looking For**

- A focus on excellence, accuracy, and perfection down to the smallest detail
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work a rotating roster which will include mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Australian working rights
- Well presented
- Basic Point of Sales system and EFTPOS machine experience
- Can bring a positively infectious attitude to the team
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Show ability to be versatile and show initiative to customer requests o Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $20.36 - $25.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newtown, NSW 2042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
