We are looking for a qualified Retail Manager who can work within a dynamic and high

performing environment.

Key duties will include but not limited to:

- Manage all aspects of the store to maximise sales results and customer experience.
- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel.
- Develop marketing strategies, such as sales promotions and advertising campaigns to

attract new customers.
- Evaluating supplier performance and negotiating with vendors to secure competitive

pricing and timely delivery.
- Monitoring stock levels and purchases and ensuring they stay within budget.
- Overseeing the selection, training, and performance of store staff to maintain a high

standard of customer service and product knowledge.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in the related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead by example
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Passionate about creating an inspiring and rewarding team culture
