We are seeking some motivated Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team
**Your day to day**
As a Room Attendant your responsibilities will be to: - Clean guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. - Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures - Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met - Reports damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to superior - ManagingLost property in accordance with policy At voco Gold Coast we want our guests to relax and be themselves which means we need team members to: - Be you - by being natural, professional and personable in the way you are with people - Get ready - by taking notice and using your knowledge so that you are prepared for anything - Show you care - by being thoughtful in the way you welcome and connect with guests - Take action - by showing initiative, taking ownership and going the extra mile

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. - Problem solving and training abilities. - Physically fit
