**Receptionist - Administrative Assistant (Casual - Potential for Permanent Part Time) Medical**

**Position**: Administrative Assistant
**Employment Type**: Casual, with potential for permanent part time based on performance
**Location**: Gold Coast (Miami and Robina)
**Availability**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care
- Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, and record management
- Assist with coordinating patient appointments
- Ability to learn on the job, software
- Contribute to a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a caring demeanor towards patients
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and patient privacy
- Flexibility with availability to meet changing requirements
