**Your Contribution**:

- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for the development of business systems using the.NET framework.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on delivering quality solutions and excellent support services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective business solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage the deployment and integration of business solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Ensure seamless integration with other platforms and technologies within the organization.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for business systems, ensuring their stability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors to resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the business systems, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Defining and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) for production systems, ensuring that service uptime, performance, and reliability meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborating with development teams to identify opportunities for performance optimization, scalability improvements, and cost optimization in production systems.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop budgets, resource plans, and staffing strategies for delivery/engineering squads.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices in.NET development and deployment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in.NET technologies, recommending enhancements and optimizations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Researching, evaluating, and recommending new technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to.NET development. Driving the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with key vendors across the business.
- Mentoring and managing other engineers and influencing decision-makers.
- Ability to handle software planning and software delivery activities.
- Good understanding of various project effort/cost estimation techniques.
- Improvise on design, code and release standards and process.
- Delivery excellence through effective teams productivity and collaboration
- Supports a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives and key indicators around team performance.

**Your Qualifications & Experience**:

- Solid experience with the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server
- Expert across Solution Architecture, Design Patterns, Best Practices etc.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking skills. Ability to establish and maintain key partnership engagements.
- Strong references that highlight your ability to build strong working relationships with senior leaders and engineers across various domains & business units.
- Last but not least - you're passionate about your job and you emerge yourself in the industry (attending or talking at Meetups, writing Papers or Blogs etc)
- Market knowledge and experience of delivery and management of technology solutions
