**The Role**:
We’re looking for an **Inbound Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by answering incoming calls, responding to enquiries, and ensuring our customers are looked after with care and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Customer Support**: Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Booking Coordination**: Assist customers with booking inspections and services, ensuring accuracy and clear communication.
- **Team Liaison**: Coordinate with our operations and bookings teams to relay customer information and support daily workflows.
- **Customer Experience**: Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every caller has a positive experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking someone who is confident, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll be comfortable speaking on the phone, quick to learn new systems, and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- You have previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both over the phone and in writing.
- You’re organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.
- You thrive in a team environment but are equally confident working independently.
- You stay calm under pressure and approach customers with empathy and professionalism.

Please be available for a phone call between 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
