**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist experienced horticulturists with various tasks including planting, pruning, watering, fertilising, and pest control.
- Learn proper plant care techniques, irrigation methods, and garden maintenance practices.
- Participate in landscape design and installation projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Gain knowledge of plant identification, soil health, and sustainable gardening practices.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative in skill development.

***About You**:

- Passion for plants, gardening, and the environment.
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
