**Full time Systems Analyst**

We have a full time Systems Analyst position available for our growing team.

The Systems Analyst is responsible for analysing, evaluating, and implementing IT infrastructure, software and business systems to support procurement, stores, and distribution operations. The role focuses on identifying areas for improvement in IT systems, defining and documenting system requirements, and implementing solutions to optimise operational efficiency.

**About the role**

Duties/responsibilities will include:

- Examine and evaluate current business systems and processes related to procurement, stores, and distribution.
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, recommending system enhancements or replacements as required.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Define and document system specifications, workflows, and user requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and implement new systems and system updates to meet business needs.
- Conduct functional and integration testing to ensure systems meet performance and usability standards.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends, risks, or areas for improvement.
- Generate detailed reports on system performance, procurement activity, and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all relevant systems and reports.
- Provide technical training to end-users on new and existing systems and processes.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimise downtime and support operational continuity
- Contributes ideas for continuous improvement and innovation
- Takes on other projects / tasks as directed

**Skills/Qualifications required**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise and be-spoke systems and technology
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive process optimisation.
- Proficiency in analysing and documenting system specifications and workflows.
- Experience in system testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to train users and provide technical support across varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $73,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (Hons) (preferred)
