We are actively looking for skilled Draftsperson to join our dynamic team of professionals. Their expertise will help us meet the growing demands across various aspects of our business and may be assigned to our QLD and NSW offices.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
- Prepare both rough sketches and detailed design work with CADD systems
- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials
- Outline the construction process of the project on the technical drawings
- Communicate with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Prepare, review and redraft alongside the engineering team
- Ensure final designs are compliant with AS/NZ & ISO standards, including building regulations
- Carry out design and development of products, including verification and validation of designs
- Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in CADD systems/software.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- At least more than 4-years of experience in CADD
- Profound knowledge in CAD software e.g AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised, punctual and reliable
- Must have great work ethics
**Salary**: Between $70,000 and $75,000 per annum + Super
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
