**What is the job?**
- Customer Service Role **- **Handling unique customer enquiries on the phone
- Navigating the customer database - make changes, improve services, answer questions and educate
- Meet monthly KPIs
- Participate in team meetings/discussions

**What skills & talents will you bring?**
- A motivation to provide great customer experiences
- Your experience interacting with customers
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Experience and ability in resolving conflict using problem-solving skills and empathy
- A real interest in learning how our financial products benefit our customers
- Happy to work with KPI/Stats as a measure of your progress and success
- Motivated when working independently
- You have a quiet place to work at home with a strong internet connection
