**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain mixer/stabiliser equipment for pavement stabilisation projects.
- Ensure precise and consisten mixing of materials to meet project specifications
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures while on-site

**What We're Looking for**:

- Proven experience operating a mixer (construction or civil industry experience preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently and safely in a team environment
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Strong attention to detail and good problem solving skills
- Driver's licence and reliable work ethic
