**About Us**:
TIFA Support Services is dedicated to providing exceptional support services to individuals in need. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized and professional care. We are currently looking for a Female Mental Health Support Worker for one of our **older male clients, **located in Keilor Downs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Current needs of the client are Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and every other Saturday, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm, t**here is a strong possibility of an increase in hours.

**The client would prefer female workers**:

- Provide high-quality support and care to clients in line with their individual needs and goals.
- Assist clients with social and community engagement, daily life (personal hygiene, simple cooking, indoor & outdoor activities) mainly taking client out for activities and extra-curriculars, **therefore must have a reliable car.**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Valid driver’s license** and access to a reliable vehicle.
- **Current First Aid and CPR certification.**:

- **Valid Police Clearance.**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check.**:

- **Working with Children Check.**:

- **Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent.**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, patient, and empathetic with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

**Eligibility**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a Permanent Visa.

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
