**The Role**:
Are you a dynamic, vibrant soul looking for an exciting opportunity? Join us as a Food & Beverage Attendant, where you'll work alongside a diverse team to deliver warm, courteous, and professional customer service across a variety of shifts. Your mission? Create genuine connections and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Cultivate a welcoming and friendly ambiance, where you intuitively understand our guests' needs.
- Rise to the occasion during challenging moments, finding positive solutions that leave a lasting impression.
- Elevate the guest dining experience by offering enticing food & beverage recommendations and seizing opportunities for upselling.
- Proactively gather information to expand your product knowledge.
- Excel in communication with guests and colleagues, fostering seamless collaboration.
- Take pride in your workplace, ensuring the restaurant and bar areas are set up and tidied after each service period.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous customer service experience in the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with food & beverage practices, including table service, beverage knowledge, and coffee-making skills (highly regarded).
- Flexibility to work in various food & beverage outlets and adapt to a diverse roster.
- Possess a valid RSA or equivalent for the Country / State or Territory.
- Enjoy engaging with guests and thrive in a team of diverse individuals.

**Salary**: $22.85 - $44.64 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week
