**Job Title**: Filipino Casual Disability Support Worker
**Location**: Penrith, NSW, Australia

**Job Type**: Permanent Part-Time

**About the Role**

As a **TFN (Tax File Number) employee**, you'll benefit from stable employment, with tax contributions paid on your behalf and access to **entitlements such as paid annual leave, personal/carer's leave, and superannuation**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and household tasks.
- Facilitate community participation and social engagement.
- Implement support plans in line with NDIS guidelines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Administer medication (if required and trained).
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for participants.
- Transport clients to appointments, community activities, and other engagements using your own vehicle.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not required).
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable, insured vehicle (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
