**All About Caring has been providing consumer-directed disability support services since 2001, with a mission to enable customers to live independently, and to enhance their quality of life. The individuals we support live in different states, in metro and rural communities, and encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and support needs, with a high proportion of individuals requiring support for complex care.**

Due to continued growth, we are seeking casual Support Workers to join our team. Our Support Workers are responsible for providing in-home and community support to our clients, in line with the individuals goals and support plan.

Our ideal Support Worker will be passionate about delivering holistic care services, dedicated to forming strong relationships, and have a desire to enable our clients to achieve their goals. The duties of our Support Workers are unique to each client and may change each day. This is a diverse role, and the focus is always on supporting our Service Users to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.

We have a number of services available in the Central Coast and Hunter region surrounding the areas of Terrigal & Gwandalan.

**Services may include any combination of the following tasks**:

- Personal care assistance including toileting
- Medication administration
- Assistance with Manual Handling e.g. hoist
- Assistance with nutrition through meal preparation
- Domestic assistance to ensure a clean environment, e.g. vacuuming, laundry

**CRITERIA**
- Current driver's license and insured vehicle
- Smartphone to access internal communication
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and responsible attitude

**DESIRABLE**
- **Relevant experience in the care services industry is desirable but not essential**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability or similar
- Experience with positive behaviour support plans

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Working with Children Check (required)
