We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team at Song Bird, one of our Margaret Family venues.

**About Us**
Located within the renowned Gaden House in Double Bay, Song Bird embodies Neil Perry’s love for Asian cuisine within an iconic post-modern Australian architectural setting. Spanning three floors, this modern restaurant features a lab-style kitchen prominently showcased at street level, with culinary artistry and expert hospitality fully expressed around the entire glass facade.

WSET and or CMS education is preferred but not essential however a passion for wine and service is. Key duties will include guest service, stocktaking, stock receival & cellar management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar position is required. Where no experience, this position is suitable after job progression and training have been provided.
- Clear communication between all guests, floor, and management teams.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- RSA Certification
