Receptionist

This position is a unique mix of retail, sales and health and is best suited to individuals who are self-motivated and driven by purpose.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Floreat store located in Floreat Forum.
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers.
- Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability.

**What We Are Seeking**:

- An experienced and talented receptionist to support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
- Strong listening and communication skills with people management, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
