We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Event and Exhibition installations and project planning. This role is ideal for someone with a background in trades such as cabinet making, shopfitting, or store management, complemented by hands-on experience in constructing and executing physical events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Event and Exhibition installation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Coordinate with Account Managers to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Supervise and motivate Crews, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in maintenance of storeroom | warehouse management and preparation of company equipment.
- Plan and strategise Event and Exhibition setups, including participation in pre-event planning meetings.
- Manage logistics, including packing, prepping and transportation of materials requiring interstate travel.
- Running the crew to ensure seamless event set-up
- Operate forklifts and manage warehouse operations as necessary.
- Serve as a front-facing representative of the company, interacting with clients and maintaining professional relationships.
- 2+ years Exhibition and | or Event Experience
- Proven experience in trades with a knack for cabinet making or similar skills.
- Proven experience in large event set-up, including festivals (desirable).
- Previous role in a leadership position, capable of running projects autonomously including pre-building and testing builds prior to transportation and overseeing picking and packing builds to be freighted interstate.
- Flexible availability, adaptable to varying work hours and interstate travel requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactivity in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Holds a valid drivers and forklift license. Truck license highly regarded (NB - Forklift license not essential) _Own transportation compulsory_.
- Well-presented, humble, and forward-thinking, with a client-oriented approach.
- Owns their own tools such as drill sets and basic hand tools.
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the role.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
