Full-time | Carnegie, Victoria (may involve occasional relief at our Mont Albert branch)

Would suit recent OT graduate

While not essential, the ability to speak a second language would be highly regarded.

60-65k per year + Super

**About the Role**

As an Assistive Technology Advisor at Able Living, you’ll be primarily based in our showroom and /or back office our Carnegie Showroom, assisting customers with mobility and daily living equipment. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals find the right solutions to improve their quality of life, providing guidance and support tailored to their specific needs. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with internal and external teams and partners.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide outstanding customer service in our showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobility and assistive technology products

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits
- Demonstrate equipment
- Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and support product displays

Process sales and assist with orders and enquiries

**What We're Looking For**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
Previous healthcare sales experience preferred
Ability to learn about a wide range of mobility and assistive devices
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
