**How will I help?**

As a Regional General Manager with us you have a chance to make a real impact Through leading and shaping our SME Business Banking team across Adelaide for both BankSA and Westpac Group, you'll live and breathe our purpose of helping Australians succeed. SME is the lifeblood of the Australian economy and continues to grow and change the business landscape across our country which means you'll have heaps of opportunities to help them, and our communities, thrive.

With a strategic lens you'll drive deep and meaningful customer and community relationships across Small and Medium Enterprises (for us, that's customers with business lending requirements from $250k to $3M), not only giving them a great experience but also leading a service revolution through innovation, productivity and efficiency.

**What do I need?**

We're looking for a seasoned business banker with experience in sales leadership and coaching. You'll be commercially focused and risk astute, bringing a good understanding of the financial services market and a deep knowledge of business credit.
