We are seeking an experienced **Permanent Part-Time or Casual Sales Assistant** to work at our **Carrara Showroom**. Approximately two-three weekdays and Saturday morning (minimum 20 hours) will be required to work. The ability to offer occasional coverage to co-workers is preferable.

**About the Role**

The role requires a person who is confident with People, Products and the Sales Process.

**Requirements for this role are to**:

- Maintain a high level of sales to achieve store targets
- Be available to work saturday morning and occasional coverage for co-workers
- Be well presented and a competent communicator with the customers and sales team
- Be reliable and able to work independently
- Ensure the Showroom is maintained as according to The Delaco's Visual Merchandising standards and cleanliness
- Lift and manoeuver panels and accessories items

**Skills and Experience**
- Exceptional selling skills and the ability to build repeat business
- A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- High attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
- Proven retail experience within a Building /bulky goods retail environment
- Competent computer and literacy skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
